Freeride Tarifa is a professional kiteboarding school located in Tarifa. If you’re short on teaching hours but long on enthusiasm and have a good level of kitesurfing, this is the place for you. We are looking for Motivated Junior Kitesurf Instructors to join us for the upcoming season!

We know that every expert was once a beginner. At Freeride Tarifa, we don't just give you a jersey and a radio; we provide a platform for you to level up your career. 

• Season: April – October.Flexibility: While we’d love to have you for the full run, we are open to flexible scheduling. If you’re only available for specific months within this window, let’s talk!
• Location: Tarifa Los Lances 

The Opportunity for you.

• Pedagogy Focus: Gain a deep understanding of student psychology, wind theory, and how to structure well your course based on IKO.
• Rapid Growth: With a high volume of students and a supportive environment, you’ll gain more experience in one season here than in two years elsewhere. 

What We’re Looking For.

• Experience: You should have instruction certified IKO Level 1.
• The "Right" Attitude: You are coachable, eager to learn, and not afraid to ask questions.
• Team Spirit: You’re a team player who understands that a successful school relies on everyone helping out—from pumping kites to assisting on the beach.
• Energy: A positive, "can-do" vibe that keeps students motivated even when they’re swallowing saltwater!
• Safety First: A good understanding of safety protocols and weather conditions.
• Communication: Fluency in English or French is a must; extra languages (German, Dutch, Spanish, etc.) are a huge bonus!
• European passport: working under contract
