Situata in una delle destinazioni più rinomate per gli sport acquatici in Europa, offriamo un’opportunità unica per imparare, crescere e diventare istruttore professionista di kitesurf e wingfoil.
La nostra scuola, Gardakitesurf (GKS), ha sede a Campione del Garda, dove un team di istruttori esperti e appassionati lavora ogni giorno con un unico obiettivo: trasmettere le proprie competenze e creare esperienze uniche sull’acqua.
Gardakitesurf nasce nel 2013 grazie a Daniele, con l’idea di trasformare la passione per il kitesurf in una professione. Negli anni GKS è cresciuta diventando una realtà solida e un punto di riferimento sul Lago di Garda per l’insegnamento di qualità.

CHI CERCHIAMO:Cerchiamo una persona giovane, motivata e con voglia di imparare e crescere.
• Forte spirito di squadra e attitudine positiva• Forte senso del dovere e del lavoro• Capacità di sostenere carichi di lavoro elevati durante la stagione• Buon/ottimo livello di kitesurf (obbligatorio)• Wingfoil è un plus (eventualmente lo insegniamo noi)• Lingua italiana obbligatoria• Inglese è un plus
Non è richiesta esperienza nell’insegnamento: ti formiamo noi.

Our Kitesurfing and Wingfoil school in Campione del Garda is the ideal place for you!
Located in one of the most renowned water sports destinations in Europe, we offer a unique opportunity to learn, grow and become a professional instructor in kitesurf and wingfoil.
Our school, Gardakitesurf (GKS), is based in Campione del Garda, where a team of experienced and passionate instructors works every day with one goal: to share their knowledge and create unforgettable experiences on the water.
Gardakitesurf was founded in 2013 by Daniele, driven by his passion for kitesurfing and the desire to turn it into a profession. Over the years, GKS has grown into a solid and professional team, becoming a reference point on Lake Garda for high-quality teaching.
OPEN POSITION: Assistant Instructor (Kitesurf & Wingfoil)
WHAT WE OFFER:• A real training path: you will learn step by step how to become a professional instructor• Daily coaching alongside experienced instructors• The opportunity to grow in a young, motivated and professional team• Accommodation provided: shared apartment with the GKS Team• Monthly compensation• Free meals• Free equipment use• Shared company car• Work environment inside Univela, an international watersports center hosting events every week• By the end of the season, you will be trained and ready to independently teach kitesurf and wingfoil from a boat
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:We are looking for a young, motivated person with a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Strong team spirit and positive attitude• Strong work ethic and sense of responsibility• Ability to handle a high daily workload during peak season• Good/advanced level in kitesurfing (mandatory)• Wingfoil is a plus (can be learned with us)• Italian language is mandatory• English is a plus
No previous teaching experience is required — we will train you.
