Wonderful experience at KiteControl Portugal in Obidos. Good teaching by instructors, very nice accomodation and very responsive all the time if help is needed. My girlfriend and I had loads of fun with Francois and other teachers at the school. We almost got onto the board for some meters by the end of the coarse. Except wind not that much, rest of the experience was great. Definitely recommended.

We had a great time with kite-control. Eventhow the windcomditions were not good, they die everything to serve a nice time (mountainbiketours, Beachvolleyball, surfing, rtc.). When siutible wind appeared, we were able to use it in a efficient way, with competent teachers and had a lot of fun! Thanks for that.

École très sérieuse, bien organisée et avec un matériel complet. Équipé de talkie-walkie, la possibilité de corriger en direct m'a permis de progresser rapidement. Mon enseignant a pu détailler les mouvements et m a donné l'occasion d'avoir les déclics nécessaires a une progression rapide. La patience et le sérieux des profs donne une qualité d'ensemble incroyable. Je recommande vivement cette école.

After starting with our kite surf course on Tenerife we continued in Portugal with Kite Control in Óbidos. We had perfect conditions for beginners and our instructor François was doing a great job! He was patient and gave us instructions we could easily follow. The equipment was in good condition and met our requirements well, so everyone of us could waterstart and ride until the end of the day. Thanks for a great experience!

François has a team of really nice and helpful people. During my October stay in Portugal I had 9 hours of lessons with Kite Control and not regret any of it! I made a lot of progress. The spot where they teach is perfect for beginners, you will find lots of free space for yourself and beautiful landscapes!

The Kitesurf spot at the lagoon of Obidos is really good for beginner lessons and even for improving your kite surf skills. The equipment was excellent and most of it brand-new. I really enjoyed my first kite lessons and made great progress thanks to the instructor. Thanks for this great experience. I would definitely recommend Kite Control and come back anytime!

Francois was a great instructor. He was patient, energetic, friendly and positive. Having 3 students in the class was difficult because you don't get much time yourself to practice. I think it would be best to have no more than 2 students but the class was fun.

I'd taken a few private lessons to kite from another school about 4 years ago. After a rare and somewhat traumatic experience - I was ready to get back in the water. The semi-private 6 hour lesson was exactly what I needed. Great instruction. Great facilities. And I've already signed up for a follow up private instruction lesson.
