Freeride Tarifa is a professional kiteboarding school located in Tarifa. Are you ready to spend your season where the wind is consistent and the vibes are even better? We are looking for passionate, professional, and high-energy Kitesurf Instructors to join our school for the upcoming season!

• Season: April – October.Flexibility: While we’d love to have you for the full run, we are open to flexible scheduling. If you’re only available for specific months within this window, let’s talk!
• Location: Tarifa Los Lances 

What We’re Looking For.We aren't just looking for someone who can fly a kite—we’re looking for a professional who loves the lifestyle and cares about student progress.

• Experience: You should have a solid background in instruction certified IKO Level 2.
• Safety First: A deep understanding of safety protocols and weather conditions.
• Team Spirit: We’re a tight-knit crew. We need someone who helps out on the beach, supports their colleagues, and brings a positive attitude to the morning briefing.
• Communication: Fluency in English is a must; extra languages (German, French, Spanish, etc.) are a huge bonus!
• European passport: working under contract
