Excellent instruction and real time feedback. The team at Holbox Kiteboarding School is very well organized with a continual focus on safety. Anna is super knowledgeable and experience instructor who is also a great teacher.

Anna is hands down the best kite instructor I've ever had. She’s incredibly skilled and experienced—she can spot your mistakes from a distance and provides clear, detailed guidance on how to correct them. After just a few lessons with her, I saw significant improvement in my skills and felt confident in my ability to manage risks on my own, thanks to her thorough instruction. Plus, Anna is an incredibly kind and approachable person. I'm really grateful for everything she taught me. Thanks so much Anna !

Kitesurf with Anna was an incredible experience! Despite my initial fears, her expert guidance and enthusiasm made me feel more confident and definitely eager to learn. Three intense days filled with fun transformed my first kitesurfing experience into a marvelous memory. Now, I'm hooked and can't wait to continue this exciting journey!

Anna is a top-notch instructor for many reasons. She’s clear and direct, without being stern. She’s a lighthearted spirit with a talent for teaching and kiteboarding. I enjoyed learning from her and felt very safe under her direction. I could not recommend her any more. Wonderful experience.

Realizar el curso en esta escuela me pareció fantástico. El nivel de enseñanza de la instructora Anna Bongiorno fue muy fructífero y profesional, con un seguimiento personalizado que permitió el avance continuo, y una combinación de exigencia y buen humor que facilitaron mucho el proceso de aprendizaje, divirtiéndonos en cada momento y aprovechando cada hora del curso, que fue desde el reconocimiento del equipo y funcionamiento de sus partes, comunicación mediante señales con quien nos asiste con el kite, funcionamiento y movimientos del kite, direcciones posibles, uso de la tabla, procedimientos de seguridad y/o emergencia y muchas cosas más. Los equipos están en Perfecto estado y funcionamiento, y los trajes de neopreno son de excelente calidad. Otro punto favorable es el lugar, la ausencia dé olas y las condiciones climáticas predominantes hacen a Punta mosquito un lugar ideal para aprender el arte del Kiteboarding. Me siento más que conforme y súper agradecido a esta escuela y a haberla elegido, y la recomiendo vehementemente.

I went to Holbox with the intention of getting past my beginner status as a kiter and after a few days with Anna (and additional analysis from Johnny) i now can successfully kite upwind, body drag like a pro (at least i know longer risk drowning) and even pull off the odd transition. The school has much better safety protocols than other schools i have been to and i felt that the entire staff were keeping an eye on me while i careened wildly around the Gulf of Mexico. Thanks everyone and Anna, you are a star!

It was a breakthrough in my self confidence as a kiter. I got all the essential knowledge and more and finished up with my first independent day on water. Great teacher with with great advise and a thorough and meaningful tips that made the whole experience a super fun one.

I have wanted to learn how to kiteboard for years, and my experience in Holbox and my instructor Anna did not disappoint! I had a condensed timeframe, and Anna was able to fit in 9 hours worth of lessons to help me do as much kiteboarding as possible!!! She was able to teach me kite handling, dragging, and starts which was so thrilling; and I felt safe and confident the entire time! Such a great company and instructor, I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and can't wait to return for more lessons with them!
