Aman Resort - Amanpulo Kite Surf Centre

At first I thought Kite surfing was not for me. Too light body weight, not strong enough, too old to start a new sport activity. Then I got curious and gave it a try. Ron, my instructor, made it possible. Wish I had more time to pursue the learning experience. Definitely want to try it again.

One of the best experiences ever. Gener was able to teach me the theory behind Kite Surfing and he promised me if I listen and did what he was saying, I was going to be able to pilot the board at the end of the training. It happened and I’m really excited to say I was able to learn how to control the Kite, keeping my 12 straight and switching from 10 to 2 while controlling the kite. Overall, I must say thank you Gener for such a wonderful experience.

This is my first time ever to do kitesurfing, and I really found it’s tough. However, as I practiced many times, I can see the progress a little bit. With a beautiful view and perfect environment, I have to say this experience is priceless.

Wanted to recohnize the kiteboarding instruction and setup of facilities in Amanpulo - World Class! In addition, I’d like to mention Warner Janoya who instructed me for 4 days. Wind conditions were stronger than my comfort zone but he was very good in keeping me calm with his tone of voice. He was encouraging me and got me past my anxiety. This kept the energy playful and was able to get up and going, especially on my righg foot forward side. Will focus more on my left foot forward side next time :) Fabulous Experience !

Aman Pulo, with it's azure blue waters and shallow lagoon is probably one of the best places in the world to learn to Kite surf! Great instructors and you certainly will bump into the resident turtles. Also, very few kites on the water at any one time which is great for beginners.

It’s been one of a kind experienced from the start till the end of our training. Our instructor gener has been on hand to us all the time, showed us everything that we needed to learn and do during the whole thing. An eye opening experience that you’re looking forward to do again and again.

I’ve been told learning to kite can be strenuous and a lot of people give up but Karlie made it fun! She is insanely knowledgeable and very patient. I wouldn’t have my favorite sport in the world if it wasn’t for her!!

Was scared of trying kitesurfing before but felt safe with Karlie as my instructor. She was very clear and concise with her direction and kept things simple for me. I progressed through the course so fast at my own amazement!

Karlie is an epic instructor. She’s one of the sickest kiters out there and is super patient and fun to be around in general. I improved over the course of three days all thanks to her ! Highly recommend, 10 stars!!!

The first time I was so scared , thinking that something will happen to me.but my instructor give me confident and teach me all of the safety precautions.It was so hard in the very beginning specially on my first day of using the board, For me that is the hardest part.Now I'm already riding with my own.So far enjoying a lot.its nice to have a very good instructor like ms Rosie. thank you.
