Gokitecaberete instructor Junior Reyes was dedicated, attentive and willing to go the extra step to help me gain confidence and make progress in a very short period of time. Thanks to his expert advices and encouragements, I managed to realize basic jumps after only a few hours on the choppy waters of Cabarete. Instructors friendly, skilled, and knowledgeable. Good range of equipement. Great location on Kite Beach, and are very flexible in when you can get instruction / supervision (but I was there in low season). Would reccommend!

Junior has been an awesome instructor! He takes teaching and safety very seriously but is also a very fun and motivating instructor. I did a kite course some years ago but needed a refresher so Junior has been teaching me all the essentials again at the beginning but brought my level forward by analyzing my riding and giving me very helpful tips and I could feel that I improved a lot due to this course. If I take more lessons definitely with Junior. The kite school has also been really good. The material is all very new and in a very good condition. You can feel that they know the spot inside out, so far I have always been riding with a perfect setup and the right kite and board size, this is really very helpful and fun. So highly recommend Gokite Cabarete and would definitely come here again :)

I felt always very safe with junior and I was progressing every day, thanks to his teaching. As soon as I was out in the water by myself, the actual teaching time was really short though. Maybe the school could work with mics? and please explain all the hand signs properly(I was thought the most important ones but sometimes the teachers used additional ones and I had to guess what they we’re trying to tell me.) To make it easy the school could just hand out a paper with all the signs on it.

GoKite Cabarete was an outstanding kite school. I would have to say I was a little hesitant to learn kiteboarding but my instructor Matias worked patiently with me until I felt comfortable. He made the learning process smooth and easy to comprehend. After just a week here in Cabarete with GoKite, I can ride! I began at the school with no prior kiteboarding experience and I’m now departing as an official kiteboarder! The staff was helpful and made sure my safety was a priority. I will definitely be recommending GoKite Cabarete to my friends and family.

Great professional approach and most importantly, continuous supervision. I had couple of lessons in other schools and none of then can be compressed to this one. I start my first lesson with Omar, i have no practice before. The school is cool, very nice people. My teacher Omar is a trustful guy how takes care about the safety and explained all important things about kitesurfing! I was a good decision to book the intense program with Omar. after the second day i start with the board in the water ! I will come back again , i can recommend to everyone !
