I desided learning kitesurfing the day I arrived in Paracas. Agos responded quickly on WhatsApp and Juan picked me up from my hostel. In a few hours I was ready for my first class. Argos was an amazing and patient teacher. I felt save all the time, and her passion for kitesurf made the classes fun and challenging. I did one lesson with Charly too, and he as well deserves a lot of credit for his cheering and excitement. In total, I did six days of classes. Two of the days, there wasn’t enough wind, so instead we made kite trips to the reserve, where the wind is stronger. This was an amazing experience as well, and you get to see other parts of the reserve you won’t see on the normal bus trips. Agos, Juan, Charly and not at least the cutest dog Kai and the other members of the crew makes the atmosphere at the school very warm and welcoming. I ended up hanging around some days enjoying the view, doing exercises and chilling while waiting for the wind to come. My warmest recommendations for Kangaroo Kite. I hope I’ll come back one day.
