Playa del Carmen Kiteboarding

Second time at this center and I have nothing but good things to say about it, it’s a very friendly and welcoming place to kite boarder of all level. Luca my instructor is a true gem who decompose all the major steps into smaller digestible ones that we practice until you’re good to move to the next step. absolutely full marks to Luca for making me a lot more confident out there.

Luca is an amazing instructor, very knowledgeable and patient. Even when I felt the conditions were too difficult for me, he helped me believe in myself and do well in the end. I highly recommend him!

Luca and the team at playa kiteboarding were really helpful and friendly, Luca talked me through the safety on the beach and local conditions and was very patient, I would definitely return when I’m back in the area

Got nothing but great things to say about pdcKiteboarding school as well as Nikko my instructor, have to start by saying that I was a bit apprehensive before showing up but they not only made me feel at ease from the get go but also kept the whole experience fun and super professional at the same time. Nikko's was clearly very knowledgeable about the sport and would pretty much anticipate what I was thinking even before I verbalized it. The school is on a nice public beach in Playa del Carmen Mexico where from the conditions were perfect for a newby like my self so enough wind and see not too choppy as well as not being super busy. All in all I will surely be back to keep improving and go up a few levels in the coming years.

I had a great experience. Previously I had learned to kiteboard, but it had been about 5-7 years, so I had some rust to shake off. The instructor did a great job of scoping my ability and then tailored the lesson.

I had an awesome experience with the school and instructor Dmitri. The instructors' patience and professionalism made learning a breeze. His skills are top-tier, effortlessly translating complex maneuvers into simple, digestible lessons. Each session was punctual, organized, and tailored to my individual progress. The team's supportive nature and expert guidance instilled confidence and had me understand and practice riding dynamics in no time. For anyone aspiring to kite surf, PDC's welcoming and skilled environment is unmatched. Highly recommended for an exhilarating and fulfilling experience!

It was my first and second session with a radio helmet ---- timing is everything - with Dimitri's instructions on several small things I finally got it! I look forward to riding independently almost as much as I look forward to more instruction to improve and increase my skills on the water. It's seems the more you know the easier it gets and the more complicated it gets at the same time. For me patience was key. At 65 there may be easier things to learn but none more rewarding. I completed the assistant course with Krys and am super happy to have done so. I felt that Krys has a lot of experience in teaching assistant candidates. He takes his time to visualise complex topics and makes sure that everyone can follow. Krys creates an encouraging team spirit, but also sees you as an individual and takes his time for you. He is empathetic, pushes you to your limits and beyond and supports you at all times. Thank you so much for everything I learnt Krys, it was an amazing week!

I'm so happy go have done this course! It was better than what I expected. I feel more confidente now and I change my vision of my work thanks to Krys who have an all vision of the coaching. There is some people coming into your life that change it and Krys is this kind of coach. I'm really grateful !

Krys, our instructor was clearly passionate about kitesurfing and keen to even learn from our personnal experiences. It was a pleasure for be his student and can't wait to go further to the ITC course next week!
