Kite & Wing Instructor – Red Sea, Egypt | Season 2026

Tornado Surf Egypt is hiring passionate Kitesurf & Wingfoil Instructors to join our international team for the 2026 season.

We operate daily from our kite boat in perfect flat-water conditions on the Red Sea, offering high-quality lessons and unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Teach kitesurfing and wingfoiling to all levels
• Ensure safety and high teaching standards
• Support daily boat operations and equipment handling
• Assist rental and freeride guests
• Guest relations and positive team contribution
• Equipment maintenance and checks

Requirements

• German or French & English required
• ​IKO licence (or other licence)
• You can teach Kite and Wing
• ​High motivation for teaching
• Beginner Instructors are welcome too
• Maintenance and check of equipment
• Support the Team in daily Tasks for the Kite-Boat Trip
• Assistant for the Rental and Freerider guests
• ​Guest relation
• Easy going personality and positive attitude

• Fix salary + commission on courses
