I recommend Anne-Mai as a kitesurfing teacher. She was professional and did her best to explain kitesurfing mechanisms. She was also cheerful and fun. Lessons timing was flexible depending on the wind. Her English is also prefect.

We had kite lessons with Anne-Mai over the summer with my best friend and it was an excellent start to a new hobby! I really appreciate Anne-Mai's calm demeanour and found her approachable since day 1! She's professional and it's easy to recognize her passion for kiting and teaching, accompanied with ability to read our abilities and weather, topped up with excellent communication skills, the lessons were really enjoyable! The lessons were planned and built up well and we kept building on top of our skills from the previous steps and lessons, progression made sense. Loved the little debrief after every lesson ticking things off the list which made feel like accomplished something and take goals for the next time. We had all our lessons in one beach and found it absolutely best for starting for complete beginners, shallow sandy beach, no hazardous obstacles nearby. When struggling with the kite control or got confused, she'd be right there and already just that with her presence it made me feel more confident and in control. She always had great pointers and awesome skills to explain things (about why something happens, how it works, why and when adjust the trim etc). Even after more than a month break from going near any kite, knowledge from lessons just came right back when I got back out the next time and I was impressed how easy it was. Many thanks to Anne-Mai for that!

My girlfriend bought Kite surfing as a present for me. I did know what to expect from this but I enjoyed every minute of it. I did not know who my trainer will be and this was a surprise that I got Riho. Riho is super nice guy, he makes jokes and really cares for you do understand Kite surfing principles. He was enthusiastic and good accountability partner, he called me every time there was wind to surf. I finished teaching classes this summer by the end of this season but will go back next season. Riho will be the guy who I will call :)

I was trained by Kristiin Oja, her knowledge, experience and training skills helped me learn kitesurfing easily and with joy, even though it was quite physically challenging. Really happy I was recommended Surftown and Kristiin, and will recommend her to anyone interested in learning kitesurfing.

My instructor was a tough cookie and fair as she should be. Everything was on point. Communication and planning was smooth. No random chitchat while learning and time was wisely spent. I got to drill everything to the point I felt comfortable handling it on my own. I feel confident about taking it from here and practicing on my own. Loved it!

A great teacher who pays much attention to safety. Easy to communicate and pleasant person. Despite a little language barrier, I've got a great refresh in my knowledge of Kite-surfing. Equipment and everything else was good too.

My course was very well structured. The instructor was very knowledgeable , calm and supportive but left me with enough independence so I could build up my skills and confidence. Not once did I feel unsafe or panicky, the guidance throughout the lessons was great. It was fun and I would suggest Kristiin to everyone!

Everything was very professional and still super fun. Very good vibes and always a friendly atmosphere. Instructor teaching methods are top notch and easy to understand. It was a blast of fun learning from this guy- skilled and always couraging.

During the course we went all important aspects through and it helped to understand, what to keep in mind and to look out for, during the ride. After couple of training sessions I was able to stand on a board by myself and feel the first rides. Thanks for the instructor and school for the support and course.

Kristiin from Surftown was the best instructor I could have hoped for. She explained everything super clearly and guided me step by step from not knowing anything to doing my first long rides. Moreover, she was fun to be around and flexible with time which I really appreciated.
