Reynard (ALONG) Gajisan

The weather was a little windy and got funnily extreme in the end. For an adrenaline junkie like me it was a super fun challenge. The instructor Along was patient and bringing out all the flaws I did during the course. Also he was very encouraging. Salamat po dear Along!

Along was an inspiring first time kite surfing instructor. I felt fully safe with him explaining everything to me. I can fully recommend, especially for students that prefer learning through doing and feeling the movements. If I had the time, I would have for sure spent more time training with him.

Thank you to Along and the whole Padayon Kite School team. Along is a great kite instructor — with his friendly and relaxed way of teaching, I was able to learn so much, and it made learning really fun. Thanks for making my time on the water so enjoyable!

A huge thank you to Along and Isla Kite, Boracay. From a complete beginner I was able to get up on the board (briefly) within 5-hours. This was down to Along being a patient and very clear instructor who focused and the basics and safety aspect before allowing me to progress in line with my abilities, giving me the confidence to complete each step. Thank you Along and the Isla Kite team, you were all fantastic! I am already looking forward to coming back

I’d never kite surfed before and thought I’d try it while I was staying in Boracay. My instructor was Along and he was amazing. He taught me the safety basics, how to use the kite and how to stand up. He was very easy to understand and had a great sense of humour. I can’t recommend enough!

Thanks to IKO Instructor’s guidence and instructions I was able to refresh my skills after a break from kitesurfing. I also made progress with new tricks that I learned during the course! Great, individual approach of the Instructor. Clear instructions and great communication. I felt safe on the water at all times.

IslaKite Boracay is amazing! I progressed much more than I expected. The teacher was super pedagogical, professional and efficient. I will for sure come back to IslaKite when I return to the Philippines.
