Duotone Pro Center Zanzibar is looking for passionate kite and wing foil instructors.Water is your element and water sports have been your passion for many years? Our center is located on the longest white sand beach of Zanzibar, and island that offers a wide range of unique activities. REQUIREMENTS

• You are a licensed kitesurfing instructor and/or wing foil instructor, have training experience and lead courses for all skill levels
• You are bursting with energy and can't wait to pass on your knowledge and technique to our guests
• You make sure that our guests take great kitesurfing and/or wing foiling experiences back with them from their vacation
• You enjoy interacting with clients from all different parts of the world and are willing to organize course planning as well as other activities on windless days such as SUP or sports classes
• You are friendly, motivated and enjoy working with adults and children
• You are a fun and and reliable team player

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Day to day center activities such as equipment distribution, organization, maintenance, clean-up, course scheduling, invoicing
• Teaching according to the IKO standards, incl. post- course student certification
• Daily planning of kite courses
• Checking of wind forecast and tides
• Teaching Kite/Wing theory while there is no wind
• Delivering the best service and highest quality instructions
• Brand ambassador of Duotone Pro Center Zanzibar, with good knowledge of Duotone, ION & Fanatic equipment
• Management Support of Duotone Pro Center Social Media Channels
• Being positive, building the brand and the team
