Are you passionate about kitesurfing, love working outdoors, and thrive on sharing your stoke with others? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic and experienced Kitesurfing Instructors to join our team for the upcoming summer season in beautiful Melbourne!

🪁 What We’re Looking For:

The ideal candidate is:

• Friendly, approachable, and great with people
• Responsible and safety-focused, always putting student wellbeing first
• A strong team player who lifts up those around them
• Driven to deliver high-quality lessons and outstanding customer service
• Able to maintain a fun and positive vibe, while ensuring a structured and safe learning environment

🏄‍♂️ Bonus Points If You:

• Can also teach wing foiling (not essential but a big plus!)

📅 Position Details:

• Full-time position
• Season runs from October to April
• Based in Melbourne, with access to some of the best flat-water and wave spots in the region
