Machete Kites

Had a fantastic time at the facility. Good people when it came to staff and guests. Made one completely welcome, took active interest in how one was progressing and completely put one at ease throughout. Enjoyed every moment.

I did the course with Blaz who always was very on top on what to improve and paying attention on safety and progress. With him I was able to be on the board kiting after 6clases... Laying the base for happy kiting and start doing some tricks. I always recommend Machete Kite and Blaz as teacher with my friends and work colleagues in Panama.

Machete Kites was an awesome kite school, they provided everything I needed for equipment, plus more; like clothing to protect me from jellyfish and the sun. The facilities matched the area that it is located in (Punta Chame, Panama) with outdoor showers that were handy after being in ocean water and on the beach for hours. They answered all my questions before and after receiving lessons and were very safety conscientious throughout the course by helping me correct any mistakes I made immediately. Allan was an awesome teacher with lots of knowledge and experience, he could spot and correct the tiniest mistake and was always very calm but assertive and always maintained high safety standards. I would definitely recommend Machete to any beginner, I also hope to be back one day with more experience to show Allan! Loved my course, thank you!

I took my first kiteboarding class ever at Machete Kites at Punta Chame in Panama. It was great. The first day on land I thought, I got this. Next day doing body dragging, I thought I suck at this. But from the conversations I had with the experienced riders, I guess that is par for the course. My instructor Daniel was excellent. She was patient and thoroughly explained each step we were doing and why we were doing it. Machete Kites owner (Itzick) was also great to talk to about how to continue my training and where are good spots to learn it. Highly recommend this place.

Il corso è stato superiore alle mie aspettative x organizzazione, argomenti, livello di preparazione dell’istruttore. Vorrei solo suggerire che il libro dovrebbe essere consegnato un mese prima dell’inizio del corso. Il corso è molto intenso e dopo 8 ore tra pratica e teoria è complesso riprendere a studiare. Per godere a pieno dell’esperienza occorre aver la possibilità di studiare in anticipo. Grazie x la vs professionalità

Tutto era interessantissimo e svolto in modo egregio. È stato superiore ad ogni mia aspettativa: gli istruttori, l’organizzazione, gli argomenti ecc. Però c’e una cosa che vorrei sottoporre come spunto di osservazione: il libro dovrebbe essere fornito un mese prima del corso. Il corso è intenso e serrato, è difficile studiare dopo 8 ore di teoria e pratica(sotto un sole caliente). Mi sarebbe piaciuto godermelo in maniera più rilassata avendo approfondito in anticipo gli argomenti. Vi rigranzio e mi complimento x il vostro ottimo lavoro.

Very nice, professional and helpful instructors. One on one lessons, good equipment, only thing to complain about was the big shoe sizes. A bit rough place to learn, but safe and spacious!

The experience was great and all the personal did their best to make my experience great.
